As you will remember, I have set myself the goal of achieving a British Photo exhibitions 1 crown award and with that in mind, I entered the Robin Hood Open Exhibition 2020 earlier this year. Due to one thing and another that going on this year (Covid-19 for those reading this in the future) the results of the Robin Hood Open Exhibition 2020 have only just been received.
I had 2 images accepted into the exhibition.
Open UK camera club competition/ exhibitions are every much a learning curve for me and it interesting how images score at different events. Up to now I have entered 4 competitions and received the results from 3 (4th is delayed because of Covid-19). “With Brazilin Beach babes” has been accepted 2 while others have been accepted by one exhibition and rejected by others. I goes to show the subjective nature of art.

On the subject of Covid-19, it has caused most of the 2020 programme of British Photographic exhibitions to be cancelled, so b plan to try and achieve the 1 crown rating in 18 months will need to be extended to 2 or 2 and half years.
