Assignment 2 Error
I won’t go into a long, drawn-out explanation, but I recently spent a week working on Assignment 2, getting a set of images that I was happy with. However, when I sat down to write up my assignment notes, I realized that I had fundamentally misunderstood the brief.
I had captured a variety of street-style shots, showing different interactions between people in crowds on the Hong Kong MTR (underground train system) using their mobiles. However, I had used a mix of aperture/lens combinations and viewpoints, which led to a lack of cohesion in the set.
Lessons learned: read, re-read, and then read the brief again.
That said, I’ve included the images below. Hopefully, despite the mix-up, the work still holds value in terms of practice and learning.
